Order Processing / Shipping

In stock orders are generally shipped within 5-10 business days from when your order is placed. We ship using EMS Israeli postal services. You will receive a tracking number directly from EMS once the order has been processed by the store. We will contact you via email if there is any delay associated with your order.

The shipping quote is based strictly on the weight of your order, as we do not charge any handling fees.

Backordered Items

We make every effort to keep the site updated with our current in-store inventory. In the event that an item is shown to be sold or backordered, please contact the store at info@deadseashops.com and we will provide you with an estimate as to the items future availability.

Returns / Exchanges

Items purchased online may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging and be in unused condition. Items are to be returned to 11 Gush Ezion St. Tel Aviv, Israel 67720. Please insure the parcel, as "Dead Sea Shops" cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels. The credit issued will be for the purchase price only, less any discounts that were applied; shipping costs are non-refundable. The store credit will be valid for one year; after this date, any remaining credit will be forfeited. Defective items will be returned, at our expense, for a full refund. If you are returning an item, please contact us at info@deadseashops.com and we will issue you a return authorization number.

Special Order Items

Certain items on the site may only be available via special order. If you would like to purchased these items, proceed with checkout and you will be contacted as soon as possible with the estimated ship date. Your credit card will not be processed until the item ships.

Sales Tax

"Dead Sea Shops" is located in Tel-Aviv, Israel and therefore collects applicable local and state taxes when shipping to addresses within Israel. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws. The customer is responsible for any import taxes that may be incurred on international orders. All of our prices are excluding shipping and any customs or import duties that may be applied. As every country has their individual demands, we suggest that you investigate this point prior to making any purchase.
